Development radar — Osceola County, July 2026

The Development Radar is our monthly digest of what local governments are about to discuss. This issue covers Osceola County and its two largest cities: a rezoning to planned development in Kissimmee; Future Land Use changes, PUD amendments, accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and preliminary subdivision plans in St. Cloud; and rezonings, a Future Land Use Map amendment and a subdivision plan in the county. Every item was verified against its official agenda, live — we publish only the ones whose link resolved and whose status appears verbatim on that agenda.
