Development radar — Osceola County, September 2026

The Development Radar is our monthly digest of what local governments are about to discuss. This issue covers Osceola County's two largest cities: in Kissimmee, the first reading of two Land Development Code text amendments, on signs and on who approves conditional uses; in St. Cloud, public hearings on a 5.01-acre rezoning to Neighborhood Business, amendments to the Walker Property and Avancia PUDs and a parking variance for a multi-family site. Every item was verified against its official agenda, live — we publish only the ones whose link resolved and whose status appears verbatim on that agenda.
